I have put an absolutely huge amount of time into YouTube in the last few months, I have also been on 2 of a friends Podcasts, his gaming one and his movie one quiet a lot. I have also started exercising more than I have for years these last 3 weeks I have still managed to put a decent amount of time into games but I suppose only working Part Time seriously helps as I have more time than some.

Don't play games super often anymore as my concentrations heaviley effected and since this summer we've been working on me doing outside stuff more as my depression has worsened, Shooting is the main thing as it gives me the fettle factor I lost from Cars along with requiring me to think about what I'm doing.

That's almost the opposite to me. I was massively struggling with concentration in 2021 and 2022, and it was games that helped me regain a decent semblance of it. My concentration issues mostly seemed to be due to PTSD and hypervigilance. I could barely read at times and struggled with watching TV/films and with work. The interactivity of games is what seemed to help. Glad you've found something that's helping.

I do better with games than TV but its stuff like missing instructions or enemies etc, just makes my mood worse sometimes so I stop until I'm less likely to have an outburst, Guns it's kind of a force you to pay attention thing from safety as much as accuracy, you don't pay attention and you've got a ruddy great hole where you don't want one (even sub12s can be very dangerous), it's also had me focusing on target building too which means I'm being constructive rather than destructive.
