There are polished games without bugs that don't offer much humour in the way of amusing glitches, and then there are games that are SO bad and poorly-tested, that they just aren't funny at all.
But then there are those in-the-middle games that have obvious glitches, that don't necessarily spoil the game, but ARE entertaining! What are your favourites?
A few of mine:
1. The way that you can ram cars in the first Driver (PS1) off the peaks of hills and send them flying, or even slam them against building walls and make them disappear vertically into the sky, only for them to come crashing down the next block over
2. GTA San Andreas: In the original versions at least, buildings can sometimes spawn AFTER planes and get in their path, causing burning planes to fall into the road can cause absolute carnage. Also, the ridiculous, artificial speed of the traffic on the freeways that causes cars to pile up into huge heaps and start exploding while the drivers are all fighting each other and getting blasted back. Finally, the tractor tow hook bug where you can hook up lorries, start driving/weaving, and suddenly you hit maximum speed and the whole lot goes flying!
3. Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro for the PS1. When you drop-kick thugs from rooftops and they regain their standing position while standing on thin air, then fall with a "yeeeeaaauuuRRRRGGH!!"

Some of the old football games were buggy as hell. I remember Olympic Soccer being pretty bad, such as goal keepers regularly going for a wander at corners and leaving the goal in attended.
But I'll never forget the time my friend fouled my player in his penalty area, and the ref awarded him a penalty at the other end! WTF?

It's not a glitch per se but it sort-of reminds me of Goalstorm on the PS1 (the very, very first ISS/Pro Evo game from Konami) where your players, upon being shown a yellow card, would randomly punch the ref and get the red. You had zero control over it and it was so frustrating when it kept happening in the same match.

Top Gear Rally on the N64 has some great glitches where you can do impossibly mad stunts, like flipping round tens of times in a second. We made a game out of it and rated each others crashes. The phrase "That's an X!" was saved for the maddest.
P.S. It's apt I mentioned the N64 on my 64th post!

A baffling decision to include that on purpose, that would be so annoying if it was just a bug.

Funniest glitch I've seen in a game was in Assassin's Creed Black Flag. This glitch caused my ship to completely vanish from the ocean, only to be replaced by a gaping sink hole with all crew members slowly rising up into the air screaming. I nearly fell off my chair laughing.
This went on for about a minute, and then the ship suddenly reappeared and rose up from the ocean depths. I've seen many a glitch in games over my lifetime, but that one easily takes the cake.

One that had me laughing the most will always likely be from Fallout NV, I shot the Rat for the Kids by the Mormon fort and the Boy said Thanks Mister and crouched down as if to eat the rat but suddenly shot off into the Sunset as if on a tiny invisible Motorcycle, sadly never replicated it since.
More Fallout Shennanigans, for some reason in 4 NPCs dont always lay side by side to sleep so I've been walking through rooms pilfering to come across them watching another sleep or occasionaly when dead they stay hung in the air as their limbs spin like a messed up Sonic cosplay.
I once got bored on GTA V and grenaded the trailer while Trevor and Micheal were hiding there, using Micheal and managed to clone him somehow.
